nonstar Terms & Conditions – Player Agreement and Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the nonstar platform (accessible at nonstar.one, the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "You") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nonstar ("we," "us," or "the Company"). Your continued use of the nonstar Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the nonstar Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on the nonstar Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and balances therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid contact email, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nonstar login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or account access with any third party. nonstar will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify nonstar support immediately via the live chat feature on the Platform.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

nonstar is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit any documentation requested — such as a valid government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and payment method documentation — within the timeframes specified by nonstar. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the nonstar Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nonstar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. nonstar reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of unusual account activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your nonstar account — where the deposit was validly processed — constitutes a breach of these Terms. nonstar reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds subject to an improper chargeback and to close the associated account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional awards offered by nonstar are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus rules include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Structured, systematic, or coordinated play specifically designed to exploit bonus terms ("bonus abuse") is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, nonstar reserves the right to void the relevant round and return staked amounts to Player accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

11. Privacy

Your use of the nonstar Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how nonstar collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and applicable PAGCOR data regulations.

12. Amendments

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the nonstar Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
